Looking for Tools/Resources recommendations Sites
VBA,JavaScript,PBX,Genesys ect

I've been doing application software administrator work for a number of
years now, and have been to a lot of application specific forms and
received allot of great resources. For the past couple of months when I do
my Google search to understand the application issue I'm having. This site
seems to always be within the top ten websites displayed, so that tells me
there is a lot of knowledge going on in this form.

I'm really excited to see what responses I get from this post.
I work with a number of different applications and wondering what
tools/Resources the people on this site would recommend

All of our applications run on either Microsoft Windows XP or Microsoft
windows 7. We are starting to convert

HTML
Java/ JavaScript
Java Telephony API
Understand the bugs errors in the Java Control Panel
Soft phone /CTI: Computer Telephony Integration
Avaya DEFINITY ECS
PBX (Private branch exchange)

Genesys
Where can I find the error logs/Event logs
View Source/Original Source
Debug/Errors
Like:
Error Login into DN (#####) – Switch Error – Invalid origination or
destination address
com.genesyslab.platform.commons.protocol.protocolexception error

CMS
Avaya/CMS Supervisor R14 or 16.2 or 16.3
Avaya/Terminal Emulator/Terminal Emulator 14.0 or 16.2

After all that said, I'm hoping that I still have the attention of some of
you guru that can help me with resources for the following request VBA
