how to put url as of facebook and linkedn profile in mysql

I am trying to keep my fb and linkedin profile url in mysql it is being
stored and while retrieving urls from mysql it's being loaded completely
as it was stored in mysql but on using this url in anchor tag for link it
adds some special characters in url as:
https://www.facebook.com/ýsomeone .......exact profile url
but on click on anchor tag url in url bar found:
https://www.facebook.com/%E2%80%8Esomeone.
please help.
this is happening on server ..... but on local host there is no problem.
